Venue
AC 2027 is jointly organised by IAESTE Global, IAESTE Tanzania and the Open University of Tanzania (OUT).
The conference itself will take place at the Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Leadership School (MJNLS) in Kibaha, which will provide the conference facilities, accommodation and catering throughout the event.
Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Leadership School
The campus provides conference facilities, accommodation, and catering in one location, allowing participants to stay, meet, and network throughout the week without daily transfers.
Located outside central Dar es Salaam, the venue offers a dedicated setting for both the formal conference programme and informal networking.
Everything in One Place
One of the venue’s main advantages is that the conference’s core elements are located on the same campus.
Participants will have access to:
- conference and meeting rooms;
- accommodation;
- meals throughout the conference;
- common areas for informal meetings and networking;
- outdoor and recreational spaces.
This setup will allow participants to move easily between sessions while creating more opportunities for informal exchange outside the official programme.
Conference Facilities
The venue offers facilities suitable for plenary sessions, General Conference meetings, Exchange Meetings, workshops and smaller discussion groups.
During AC 2027, the campus will host:

- knowledge-sharing sessions;
- university and partner activities;
- networking and social activities.
The venue can accommodate a large international audience and provides sufficient space for both joint sessions and parallel activities.
Internet & Technical Facilities
Reliable internet access is essential for the Annual Conference and the IAESTE Exchange Platform.
Conference areas will therefore have internet connectivity suitable for the conference’s operational needs, including access to the Exchange Platform and other online services used during the event.
We will provide further practical information on Wi-Fi access and technical facilities to registered participants before the conference.

The MJNLS is a modern campus that houses all the amenities you need within the walls of the school.
Welcome Dinner
The Welcome Dinner will be hosted in the campus’s banquet hall.
Location
The Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Leadership School is located in Kibaha, in Tanzania’s Coast Region, within reach of Dar es Salaam and Julius Nyerere International Airport.
We will share airport transfers and practical arrival information with registered participants before the conference.
Accommodation
Conference participants will stay at the venue, making it easy to take part in the full programme and conference community throughout the week.
Accommodation and full board are included in the standard conference package.
