All online participants will gather in a customised platform and will be linked to the physical participants for all events.
Main conference room
For both the Conference Sessions and the Bilateral Exchange Meetings a total of 750sqm are available and will be setup according to our needs.
Virtual Conference Platform
All online participants are connected via a customised conference platform with each other and also with the physical participants in Vienna. Necessary Trainings and Videos will be provided in advance to get familiar with the platform.
The login details to the platform will be shared with all registered participants a day before the conference starts.

The Conference Room will be equipped with state of the art video and audio systems that allow both physical and online participants an excellent conference experience.
A large screen projection will make sure, that everyone in the room can see all online speakers as well as all presentations.
High-Speed Internet Access is provided for all participants via our own Access Points and Infrastructure.

The Welcome Dinner will be hosted in one of Cartagena’s famous landmarks. Stay tuned for further updates
Conference Secretariate
The Conference Secretariat is available daily from 8am to 6pm and besides taking care of registration is the central point for all enquiries during the conference.
Printing facilities and other assistance is provided there by
IAESTE Colombia volunteers.
Workshop and Training rooms
Dedicated rooms for workshops and trainings are available, of course equipped with High-Speed Internet Access.
