All online participants will gather in a customised platform and will be linked to the physical participants for all events.
Main conference room
For both the Conference Sessions and the Bilateral Exchange Meetings a total of 750sqm are available and will be setup according to our needs.
Virtual Conference Platform
All online participants are connected via a customised conference platform with each other and also with the physical participants in Jordan. Necessary Trainings and Videos will be provided in advance to get familiar with the platform.
The login details to the platform will be shared with all registered participants a day before the conference starts.
