Registration for IAESTE Members
Participation in the IAESTE Annual Conference is organised through national delegations.
Step 1: National Committee registers its delegation
Each National Committee is responsible for forming its delegation and registering the participants who will represent the committee at AC 2027.
The delegation registration link is sent directly to National Committees.
Step 2: Individual participant registration
Once the delegation has been registered, each confirmed participant will receive their individual registration link directly.
Participants will then provide the required personal, travel, accommodation and other practical details.
Registration & Payment Deadline
1 December 2026
Both registration and payment of the conference fee must be completed by this date.
Full Conference Package
29 January – 4 February 2027
Conference Fee
EUR 679 per person
Price subject to change.
The fee includes:
- participation in the full AC 2027 programme;
- accommodation in a single room for the official conference period;
- airport pick-up and drop-off at Julius Nyerere International Airport within the designated arrival (28-29 Jan) and departure (4 Feb);
- meals and coffee breaks throughout the official conference programme;
- all official dinners, receptions and social activities included in the AC 2027 programme;
- City Tour & Networking in Dar es Salaam;
- Gala Dinner & Awards.
Optional activities outside the official conference package, including post-conference tours, are not included.
Weekend Conference Package
29 January – 1 February 2027
A shorter participation option is available for IAESTE members who cannot attend the full conference.
Weekend Package Fee
EUR 400 per person
The Weekend Package covers all official AC 2027 activities and services from Friday, 29 January through lunch on Monday, 1 February 2027.
The fee includes:
- participation in all conference sessions included in the programme during the Weekend Package period;
- accommodation from Friday, 29 January until Monday, 1 February;
- airport pick-up and drop-off within the designated arrival and departure period;
- all meals and coffee breaks during the package period, including lunch on Monday, 1 February;
- all official dinners, receptions, networking and social activities scheduled during the Weekend Package period.
Programme activities taking place after lunch on Monday, 1 February, are not included.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation within 14 days of payment and no later than 30 November 2026: 100% refund
- Cancellation after the first 14 days, but no later than 30 November 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellation from 1 December 2026 onwards: non-refundable
Participant substitutions may be possible subject to prior approval by the organisers.
Extra Nights
You may request additional accommodation before or after the official conference period in the registration form, subject to availability.
Additional night: EUR 45 per person
Visa Support
Participants requiring supporting documentation for their visa application will receive further instructions after registration.
Post-Conference Tours
Optional post-conference tours are available separately and are not included in the conference fee.
