Registration for Universities & Partners
AC 2027 welcomes universities, employers, higher education institutions and other organisations interested in cooperation with IAESTE, including institutions exploring opportunities to engage with or join the IAESTE network.
Institutions from countries with an IAESTE Committee
If your institution is located in a country where IAESTE already has a National Committee, we encourage you to contact your national IAESTE organisation first.
Where appropriate, university and partner representatives may participate as part of their country’s AC 2027 delegation.

Institutions from countries without an IAESTE Committee
Universities and organisations from countries where IAESTE is not currently represented are warmly invited to participate.
Please complete the Universities & Partners registration form with brief information about your institution and your interest in AC 2027.
The AC team will confirm your participation and provide the next steps, including payment information and practical arrangements.
Participation Options
Universities and partners can choose between attending the full Annual Conference or joining selected conference days.
Full Conference Package
29 January – 4 February 2027
EUR 679 per person
The Full Conference Package includes:
- participation in all sessions open to Universities & Partners and all registered participants;
- accommodation for the official conference period;
- meals and coffee breaks throughout the conference;
- airport pick-up and drop-off within the designated arrival and departure period;
- all official dinners, receptions, networking and social activities;
- City Tour & Networking in Dar es Salaam;
- Gala Dinner & Awards.
Daily Participation
EUR 80 per person / day
Universities and partners who do not wish to attend the full conference may register for individual conference days.
The daily fee includes:
- participation in all sessions open to Universities & Partners and all registered participants on the selected day;
- lunch and coffee breaks;
- dinner and official social/networking activities scheduled for that day;
- scheduled group transportation between designated meeting points in Dar es Salaam and the conference venue in Kibaha.
Accommodation is not included in the daily participation fee.
Optional Accommodation
Participants attending one or more individual days may request accommodation at the conference venue, subject to availability.
EUR 45 per person / night
Recommended Day for Universities & Partners
While Universities & Partners may select the conference days most relevant to them, Monday, 1 February 2027 will include a particularly strong institutional programme, including:
- University & Partner Forum;
- Poster Session;
- University–IAESTE Networking Meetings;
- opportunities to connect with representatives of the international IAESTE network.
Transport
Airport transfers are included in the Full Conference Package.
For participants attending on a daily basis, scheduled group transportation will be organised between designated locations in Dar es Salaam and Kibaha.
Individual airport or hotel transfers are not included in the daily participation fee.
Registration & Payment Deadline
1 December 2026
Participants requiring visa support are strongly encouraged to register as early as possible.
Payment instructions will be provided once participation has been confirmed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation within 14 days of payment and no later than 30 November 2026: 100% refund
- Cancellation after the first 14 days, but no later than 30 November 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellation from 1 December 2026 onwards: non-refundable
Participant substitutions may be possible subject to prior approval by the organisers.
Post-Conference Tours
Universities and partners are also welcome to join the optional post-conference tours after AC 2027.
Planned options include Zanzibar, Mikumi National Park and Kilimanjaro.
Post-conference tours are not included in the conference participation fee and will be booked separately.
Visa Support
Registered participants requiring an invitation or other supporting documentation for their visa application will receive further instructions after registration.
