IAESTE is a global association that connects students, universities and employers through international professional experiences.
Since 1948, we have helped students gain practical experience abroad, develop intercultural skills and build connections across borders.
Today, IAESTE operates through a worldwide network of national committees, universities, employers, volunteers and partners.
What we do
At the heart of IAESTE is our international internship programme.
We work with universities and employers to create paid professional opportunities for students and recent graduates in technical and related fields. Through our network, we support students before, during, and after their international experience.
IAESTE also provides a platform for universities and institutions to cooperate internationally, share good practices, and connect their students with professional opportunities around the world.

IAESTE brings together representatives from more than 75 countries and works with universities, employers, institutions, and volunteers worldwide.
