Stay at the conference venue
Accommodation for AC 2027 participants will be provided directly at the Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Leadership School (MJNLS) in Kibaha.
Staying on campus means participants can easily access all conference sessions, meals and networking activities without daily transport.
Rooms
The venue offers primarily single rooms, with a limited number of twin/double rooms available.
The organisers will allocate rooms based on availability and participants’ needs.
If you have specific accommodation requirements, please indicate them during registration.
What is Included
The standard AC participation fee includes:
- accommodation for the official conference dates;
- breakfast, lunch and dinner;
- access to the conference venue and facilities;
- participation in the official conference programme and social activities included in the package.
We will share further practical information about room facilities and on-site services with registered participants before arrival.
Extra Nights
Participants who need to arrive before the official start of the conference or stay longer may request additional accommodation at the venue, subject to availability.
The current rate for an additional night is EUR 45 per person, including accommodation and meals.
Please indicate requests for extra nights during registration or communicate them to the organisers as early as possible.
Meals & Dietary Requirements
Meals will be provided throughout the conference.
Participants with dietary requirements, allergies or other food-related needs should provide this information during registration so the organisers can coordinate appropriate arrangements with the venue.
Single Room
The accommodation cost is included in the conference fee.
Double Room
Double (twin) rooms are also available; however, the fee is charged per person, meaning that sharing a room does not reduce the cost per participant.
Check-in & Check-out
We will communicate detailed check-in and check-out times to registered participants before the conference.
Participants are encouraged to provide their travel details as soon as their arrangements are confirmed so that arrival support and transfers can be coordinated efficiently.

With accommodation, meals, and conference activities on the same campus, AC 2027 is designed to build a strong conference community throughout the week.
The setup provides plenty of opportunities for informal conversations, bilateral meetings and networking beyond the scheduled programme.
