Accommodation
IAESTE Tanzania and IAESTE Global have arranged on-site accommodation for all participants at the conference venue.
Accommodation is included in the conference fee and provided on a full board basis (covering all conference days).

Kibaha, Tanzania
A total of 160 single rooms are available. A limited number of double rooms may also be offered; however, the conference fee (including accommodation) is charged per person.
Additional option:
An extra night before the conference (before 29 January) can be booked for 45 EUR per person.
Please note:
Participants are strongly encouraged to stay on-site at MJNLS for convenience, networking, and full participation in the conference programme.

Single Room
The accommodation cost is included in the conference fee.
An extra night (prior to 29 January) can be booked for 45 EUR per person.

- Comfortable, modern furnishings
- Rooms with balcony views

Double Room
Double (twin) rooms are also available; however, the fee is charged per person, meaning that sharing a room does not reduce the cost per participant.
Participants will have the option to indicate their preference for a single or twin/double room and preferred roommate(s) during registration.
