How to Join the Post-Conference Tour in Tanzania

Post-conference tours are optional and are not included in the Annual Conference participation fee.

Participants can indicate their interest in joining a tour during the AC registration process and will be guided further.

An independent third-party travel provider will operate the tours. Final booking arrangements are still being confirmed.

Detailed information about booking, payment, deadlines and cancellation conditions will be published once confirmed.

Plan Your Return Journey Carefully

If you are considering joining a post-conference tour, please consider this before booking your international return journey.

Different tours may have different start and end locations.

Please check the confirmed end point of your selected tour before booking your return flight. In some cases, it may be more convenient to continue your journey from another airport rather than return to Dar es Salaam.

For example, depending on the final programme, participants travelling to Zanzibar or the Kilimanjaro region may be able to arrange onward international travel from a nearby airport.
