Registration for IAESTE Alumni
IAESTE alumni are warmly invited to join AC 2027 and reconnect with the international IAESTE community.
Alumni can choose between the Full Conference Package and the Weekend Conference Package, and may also join one of the optional Post-Conference Tours.
Registration is completed individually.
Full Conference Package
29 January – 4 February 2027
Fee: EUR 679 per person
The package includes:
- participation in all programme sessions open to alumni and all registered participants;
- accommodation for the official conference period;
- airport pick-up and drop-off within the designated arrival and departure period;
- meals and coffee breaks throughout the conference;
- all official dinners, receptions, networking and social activities;
- City Tour & Networking in Dar es Salaam;
- Gala Dinner & Awards;
- Alumni Meet-Up and other alumni activities included in the programme.
Weekend Conference Package
29 January – 1 February 2027
Fee: EUR 400 per person
The Weekend Package covers all official activities and services from Friday, 29 January through lunch on Monday, 1 February 2027.
The package includes:
- participation in all programme sessions open to alumni and all registered participants during the package period;
- accommodation from Friday until Monday;
- airport pick-up and drop-off within the designated arrival and departure period;
- all meals and coffee breaks, including lunch on Monday;
- all official dinners, receptions, networking and social activities scheduled during the package period;
- Alumni Meet-Up.
Programme activities taking place after lunch on Monday are not included.
Registration & Payment Deadline
1 December 2026
Registration and payment of the participation fee must be completed by this date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation within 14 days of payment and no later than 30 November 2026: 100% refund
- Cancellation after the first 14 days, but no later than 30 November 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellation from 1 December 2026 onwards: non-refundable
Participant substitutions may be possible subject to prior approval by the organisers.
Extra Nights
Additional accommodation before or after the official conference period may be requested, subject to availability.
EUR 45 per person / night
Post-Conference Tours
Alumni are welcome to extend their stay in Tanzania and join one of the optional post-conference tours.
Planned options include Zanzibar, Mikumi National Park and Kilimanjaro.
Post-conference tours are not included in the conference participation fee and will be booked separately.
Visa Support
Registered alumni requiring supporting documentation for their visa application will receive further instructions after registration.
