Participation & Fees
The IAESTE Annual Conference brings together Delegates (National Secretaries), Exchange Administrators, and key representatives of the IAESTE network. We also warmly welcome volunteers, employers, and university partners who contribute to and shape our internships programme.
Participation in the conference is coordinated through the IAESTE network and is based on national delegations. Each National Committee is responsible for forming its delegation and inviting participants from its country.
If you are interested in joining, please contact your National Secretary or National IAESTE Office, who will guide you through the process and advise on participation within your national delegation.
Joining the conference means becoming part of a truly international community, where ideas are exchanged, partnerships are built, and long-term collaboration begins.
The conference fee is paid directly to IAESTE A.s.b.l. and includes full access to the programme and all conference services. Detailed payment instructions will be shared during registration and in the confirmation email.
