Fee & Registration
Registration to the conference is by invitation only.
Please contact your National Secretary, your National IAESTE Office or the IAESTE A.s.b.l. Headquarter, who have all details how to register.
There are multiple fee packages available, please see below for all details, including our cancellation & refund policy.
Thank you for your understanding, that we can not offer any tailored packages for different participation dates.
The conference fee has to be paid directly to IAESTE A.s.b.l. – detailed payment instructions are provided during the registration and with the confirmation email.
IAESTE does accept direct payments to our bank account, payments via PayPal and credit cards through our PayPal payment Portal.

What’s included:
virtual participation of the entire conference
for up to 20 individual participants
Refund:
there is no refund or cancellation possible
as we expect that any National Committee is
participating at least virtual in the Annual Conference
